The Competition in 6 Steps

Registration
Schools should express interest by filling out the Entry Form which will require the following information:
- School Details
- Theme Selection: Choose a subject or theme for the book.
- Year Group Involvement: Decide which year group will participate.
- Identify Contacts: Assign point of contacts within the school.
Writer Competition
- Promotion: Spread awareness about the competition within the school.
- Shortlisting: Select the top three candidates.
- Winner Selection: Choose the winner with 2 Lingual Stories (2LS).
- Consent and Copyright Forms: Obtain signed consent and copyright forms from the winner’s parents.
- Support: Assist the winning child in completing the entire book.

Book Creation
- Information Gathering: Collect school details, children’s biographies, and approved photos.
- Proofread one last time all documents
- 2LS makes the book and add the end sections
- PDF version sent for approval to school
Book publication
- Book ordered and delivered to school
- Award Ceremony and certificate: Arrange a ceremony to honour the children featured in the book.
- Extra books can be ordered at discount prices for the school.
